Service Delivery Overview
UBA primarily delivers value through services, networking opportunities, and digital platforms. However, physical items such as Welcome Kits and ID Cards are also distributed.
Membership Kit Delivery
Upon approval of membership, a Welcome Kit containing the Member ID Card, Certificate of Membership, and association lapel pin is dispatched via standard courier to the registered business address.
Digital Assets
Digital access to the UBA app, online directory, and referral tracking system is granted within 48 hours of membership approval. Login credentials are sent via registered email.
Delivery Timelines
Physical membership kits are typically delivered within 15-20 business days of approval, depending on the location (within Uttarakhand or other states). Delays due to logistics partners are beyond our control.
